1. What is your Return Policy and Refund Policy?
Please review these policies carefully as they are the terms of sale that govern your purchases at RTGWear. They set out your rights and obligations with respect to your purchases, including important limitations and exclusions. Your placemen t of an order at RTGWear constitutes your agreement that these policies apply to the order, so be certain that you understand them before you place your order.
For the health and safety of our customers, we do NOT accept returns and/or exchanges on any "Inti mate Garments."
Intimate Garments include the following products: Panties, Thongs, G-Strings, Teddies, Camisole, Baby Do lls, Chemises, Swim Wr, Stockings, Body Stockings, Boy Shorts, Panty Hose, Bras, and/or any set that includes any of the items listed i n intimate garments.
All other purchases other than "Intimate Garments" that has been purchased from RTGWear can be return/exchange within 30 days from the date of purchase, and will be credit in the same form as the original payment type. Refunds for ite ms returned more tan 30 days after the purchase date will be in the form of a merchandise credit redeemable with your next purchase.
The original shipping and handling charges are not refundable. If you have an exchange for the same dollar amount as the original purchase, no additional shipping & handling charges will be incurred.

4. What is a Bonus Point Program?
If you are a "Registered Customer" every dollar spent at RTGwear.com will automatically be converted into "Bonus Points". There is no minimum or restrictions on this feature. Our store will automatically calculate the points for you. Sal es Tax will not be included in Bonus Point calculation. See below for Bonus Point Conversion. Bonu s points and store credit IS NOT redeemable in cash.

5. What is Store Credit?
Store credit that is converted by bonus points can be used on any purchase except from the one that is was accumulated f rom. 6. Do you offer Discreet Shipping?
It is our priority to make sure your shipment is discreet. We ship our packages without any indication on t he package of what the product is. Your order will usually arrive in standard FedEx, UPS, or USPS boxes or envelopes. Feel secure to ship to your office or home. |

7. What is RTGWear's Back Order Policy?
If you place an order on an item that is not in stock you should receive an "Out of Stock" message from RTGWear. Occasionally a product will sell out before we have a chance to update the listing. The item may not have been available either when y ou ordered it originally (We couldn't update the web site fast enough!), or another customer's order placed ahead of yours may have deplete d the available inventory.
You wil NOT be charge for backorder item(s). Your account will be bill for the item(s) that actually shipped. When backorder available again, you will be notify by email from RTGWear Customer Service Dept.

9. What types of payment do you accept?
RTGWear accepts the following payment method.

11. What is RTGWear's Fraud Notice?
Please note that RTGWear.com WILL NEVER contact our customers by phone. If anyone who claims that he/she is calling f rom RTGWear.com or RTG Venture Corp, please disregard the call. RTGWear.com will ONLY communicate with our customers via email. Our ema il address will always end with "@RTGWear.com". The only exception is if the customer requests that we give them a call.

12. What will appear on my Credit Card Statement?

13. How do I become Wholesale Customer?
Please follow the Steps below to set up a Wholesaler Account:

Step 2. Please fax the completed Reseller Application with your Reseller License and Federal Tax ID to 626-918-7178.
Step 3. Please allow us 48 hours to process your application. Whether you are approved or denied, we will notify you via email.
Step 4. Upon approval, you will receive a Login ID and Password to gain access to our Wholesale Section.
Step 5. Once you are logged in, you will be able to see the wholesale price of every item RTGWear.com carries.

14. How do I become an Affiliated Partner?
If you are a webmaster or you are running an advertising site and would like to earn some quick cash, please Click Here to register and become RTGWear.com's Affiliated Partner. For every sale you bring in, you will automatically receive a 10% commission off of the subtotal, excluding S/H and Tax. Once you are registered, you will be able to see your commission accumulate. Our Affiliate System will keep track of every sale you bring in. A 10% commission is only a start. If you are able to bring in consistent, substantial volume, we are open to negotiation.
After you have completed the registration process, please send us a notification by email to affiliate@rtgwear.com. Upon notification, please remember to provide us your full name and the email address you had used to register to become RTGWear.com's Affiliated Partner. If we are not notified of your registration, we will not be able to give you access to our banner and HTML codes. Without these tools, we will not able to keep track the sales you bring in. Once again, after you have registered, send us a notification stating that you have registered to become an affiliated partner along with your full name and email address.
Once we receive your notification email, allow us 48 hours to review your application. Whether you are approved or denied, we will send you a notice via email. If you are an approved Affiliate Partner, your email will contain a Login ID and Password for you to gain access to RTGWear's Affiliate Area. Once you are logged in, you will receive marketing tools like banners and HTML codes. With these tools, you can start earning some quick cash! In terms of payment , we will pay you on the last day of every month. If you live in the United States, we may need additional information for tax purposes.
In terms of payment method , we offer many different options. The most common type of payment method is by PayPal or Check. We DO NOT pay our Affiliate Partners by CASH.

15. What happens if the items I ordered are unavailable?
Unfortunately, we may not have all items we sell on RTGWear.com in stock. This can be due to the fact that either it's a manufacture backorder or simply because it's sold out of stock. In this case, we try our best to fulfill the customer's order within 3-4 business days. In any event where we are not able to fulfill the order completely, we will send you a notification, and only charge you based upon what was sent to you. As a company, we strive to gratify all of our customer's needs. And to a great extent, we appreciate all of our customer's kindness and patience.
