U.S. Potal Service is the ONLY carrier that we are using at the moment.

USPS Int'l First Class 7-20 days (No Delivery Confirmation Provide)
USPS Int'l Priority Mail 7-12 days (Provide Deliver Confirmation)

I didn't receive my order/package/shipment?
- The item(s) that you ordered might be backorder at the moment.
- Please make sure that your shipping address is correct.
- Please contact your local postal office, and provide them with your "Deliver Confirmation #".
- You can always contact us by Email.
 
Do you offer FREE SHIPPING?
Yes, any order that the subtotal amount is over or equal to $49.99, the shipping fee will be waive.
 
What shipping method are you using for FREE SHIPPING?
We are using U.S. First Class Mail or U.S. Priority Mail, depending on the item(s) sizes and quantity. A deliver confirmation # will be provide.
 
Can I use my own shipping carrier?
No, it will slow down our order process and your order is going to be delay on receiving.
 
How fast do you ship out my order?
If the order is completed and there is no backorder item(s), orders will ship out within 24 hours, except weekend and holidays.
 
Do you offer Free Shipping on International Orders?
No, we do not. Only U.S. Customers are eligible for Free Shipping.

Returns

Before return the items, please check the following:
- All return item(s) must be seal, unopen, & in brand new conditions.

- Please make sure that the item(s) is less than 30 days from your order date.

What info do I have to indicate in the return package?
- A print out copy of your order. You can find this order print out in your email.
- Use pen or pencil and circle the return item(s) on the order print out.
- Please briefly write down the reason of return on the back of order print out.
- Please put this copy of order print out in the return package, before send it back to us.
- The more order related info you indicated will make the refund process much faster and smoother.
 
How long would I receive my refund?
It will take at least 7-15 days after we receive your return item(s).
 
Who will pay for the return shipping fee?
The buyer will need to pay for ALL the return shipping fee. We do NOT responsible for the return shipping fee.
 
Is the shipping fee refundable?
No, all the refunds are done on the item itself. No shipping fee will be refund.
